Coffee or Hot Tea Service
$40 per coffee box (8-10 cups)
$64 per coffee box (17–20 cups)
- Freshly brewed regular coffee, decaf, or hot water with assorted tea bags (and honey) delivered in insulated boxes (serves 8-10 cups OR 17-20 cups each).
- Includes: 12 oz cups, lids, napkins, stir sticks, assorted sweeteners, and individual creamers.
$20 – Gallon Lemonade in gallon bag dispenser, includes 12 cups and napkins
$20 – Gallon Unsweetened iced tea in gallon bag dispenser, includes 12 cups and napkins
$1.25 – Bottled Spring water 16.9oz bottled water (minimum 12)
$20 – Gallon Juice Orange or apple juice in gallon bag dispenser, 12 cups
$1.50 – each orange juice carton, apple juice, or canned soda
Set Up Beverage
Full Coffee Station
$4 per guest (estimated for 18oz of coffee per person)
- Professional setup with insulated coffee urns
- 12 oz cups, lids, napkins, stir sticks, assorted sweeteners, and creamers provided.
- Optional Add-ons: hot tea selection or hot cocoa service (+$2 per guest)
- Unlimited coffee available with staffing fee ($35/hr per attendant)
